Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Down? I beg to differ :)

I'm trying to monitor MS SQL and SNMP on two machines, both of which it
reports MS SQL and SNMP as down. I know for a fact that they're running.
Are there any general guidelines on what to do to ensure What's Up can
correctly monitor services that are in fact up?
