Here's a workaround you can use.
Set up a file sharing connection to each host you need to monitor outside of
WUG. For instance, a command line like this:
NET USE \\targetserver\IPC$ /user:domain\username
It will prompt you for the admin password for that box, of course.
The RPC's we use for service monitoring and restart run over this same
channel, so if there is already a connection it will use it.
I realize this is tedious to set up if you have a bunch of them, we do hope
to address this with a better solution in a future version.
