I think what you would have to do in that case is to make an account on each
server outside of the domain that is synced to the domain account you run
the WUG service with and of course it would need the same password. then it
would also have to be in the correct group on each server.

I found a KB article that mentions this - What the NT Service monitor
does is connect to the remote machine, log in (using the same account
WhatsUp Gold is running as), and execute the appropriate RPC's (Remote
Procedure Call) to (a) check if the service is up and (b) restart it if
it is not (if that option is checked).

Is there any way to login as a different accounts based on the server?
We're running it on a box outside our network and I'd like to monitor NT
Services on several machines, each one has a different administrator
password.
