Like I said previously, the very odd thing here is that I seem to get this
failure ONLY when SNMP traps are generating this page to the pager.  If I
just change any device's IP address to have it report as down, a page to
the pager from that event goes successfully.  ?????

WCTP = wireless communications transfer protocol. It's the protocol used by

Arch, Skytel and others to send messages to TAP compliant devices.

Are you getting a specific error code returned -- if so, what is it?
