A programmer here is looking to write an application that will allow us to call in with our phones into WhatsUp and, with that call, trigger some events to happen.  Essentially what I am wondering is this, can WhatsUp see that someone/something is trying to dial into it, pick up the call, accept some numbers as triggers and use that to kick off an application that would then run to test our system?
