See that is why I have asked Ipswitch for years to make a top tier WUG server that could handle maps reporting to it from the remote WUG servers. I was just thinking again on the drive in this morning how I could do that since we have asp access. Man if I could get that to work I would deploy 10 more installs in my regions. It would just be remote WUG installs and a main WUG server with map links. The trick is to make some kind of dependence setup to poll the regional router before the map status would be displayed on the main WUG server. I don't think it would be a big deal to replicate data.

Subject: Re: [WhatsUp Forum] terminal server

I have 32 remote boxes running WUG and I use Terminal Services (remote admin mode) to get to each of them with no problems at all.

Has anyone had any bad experience using terminal server on the WUG box?? Was
thinking of using it to be able to use Terminal Service as a client to the
console.
