Hello Mark,

I am still using WUG 7, I am suspecting that it is WUG 7 that is the cause of the problem.

I have not been able to reproduce this. The easiest way to check that the alerts have the correct config is on the Notification tab for the map.

What triggers are you using? (Although this should affect the DOWN alerts, and not the UP)
Is the start and end times always the same?
Send UP = yes? (You indicated previously that this is so).
Even if ack = yes?

Hello Bryan,

I had configured the individual alerts set to "send up alert already, but it seems that out of 6 alerts, it randomly only sends out 1 UP alert

Make sure you have the individual alerts set to "send up alert" or else
all you will get is the "down" alert.

Hello,
Due to a lot of personnel leaving and going, I had configured WUG to
send 6 individual alerts (3 SMS alerts and 3 email alerts) to 3
different personnel when a device goes down and alert them again when it
comes up.

However, I realized that WUG is able to send out all the 6 individual
alerts when the device is down but only 1 random alert (out of the 6
alerts) will be sent out when the device comes up again.

I did this test for a few times and result is the same.

Only when I group them together is WUG able to send all the DOWN then
UP alerts successfully.

Does anyone encounter this?
