Ipswitch is very interested in customer feedback on the existing
documentation. We have made some significant changes with the release of
WhatsUp Professional in the attempt to streamline the content through
effective channels - ie online help and the Solutions Guide. However, we
realize that users have specific preferences in the manner in which you
would like to explore help topics and content.

Please provide content suggestions as well as format preferences to myself
and Robert Armstrong directly. The current solutions guide is a living
document and we are committed to continue working to improve and evolve our
materials.

Feedback and requests to: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED],
mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks,
Kelly Anderson

If you're writing 90% new text for the WUP on-line help, then why wouldn't
it be readily available as a pdf? All of that manual content is getting
inputted somewhere. ???? The on-line guide is great for quick one or two
click go-to's, but when you want to kick back and actually read the
contents, staring at a monitor and scrolling/clicking is irritating.

I like the paper manuals because the yellow hi-liter doesn't work well on
the monitor. White out doesn't work well either.
