Desperately need fix for Professional.   When will that be ready?

 

Also, cannot login to Whatsup from Macintosh webbrowser.  Has anyone else seen that?

We have released a hotfix for 8.04 this morning.  You can download this immediately at:

Fixed in Version 8.04(HF1):

* Corrects a defect where UP alerts were sent when the DOWN trigger value wasn't met.

 

This has been effected by the removal of a single v8.04 bugfix:

• Device UP alerts are now processed if an alert is triggered by an event, after a Device DOWN alert is triggered.

Please note:  This is a hotfix for WhatsUp Gold 8.04 only, you must have 8.04 already installed to install this patch.  This is not to be applied to WhatsUp Professional.
