what version of WUG are you on?

I do not have an "Active Monitor Library"

Was this something that you defined, or was this built into the program?

It's actually pretty easy.

 

Configure->Active Monitor Library

Click New

Choose NT Service Monitor

Give it a name

Click button next to Service Name

Enter username and password for an account with rights on the email server

Choose McAfee Groupshield service, or whatever it is called.

 

That's about it.

Anyone done this? Created a custom service to monitor Groupshield on Exchange?

If you have, can you throw a bone my way and give me a tip or two on how yours is set up?
