This free patch is available from our Web site, which also includes a detailed description of this patch: http://www.ipswitch.com/WhatsUpSP1a Best regards, The WhatsUp Team Ipswitch, Inc. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sean McAnally Sent: Thursday, July 07, 2005 9:30 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Customer Support 101 Here is my question. Why did IPSwitch not send out an email notice to all customers with service agreements informing them about the release of SP1a? I have to assume that there are many organizations that are still unaware of the release. When I criticize someone I always try to give them a compliment when appropriate so I want to compliment them on always reminding me when my service agreement is up for renewal... Good job guys. On another note, I prefer the listserve over the forums. Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
