Hello,
I did not get an email either but we run Gold not Professional. The
Service pack fixes a but in Professional only is my understanding.

I received this from Ipswitch on 6/30
Greetings,
Ipswitch WhatsUp Professional Service Pack 1a has just been released.

Here is my question. Why did IPSwitch not send out an email notice to
all customers with service agreements informing them about the release
of SP1a?
I have to assume that there are many organizations that are still
unaware of the release.
When I criticize someone I always try to give them a compliment when
appropriate so I want to compliment them on always reminding me when my
service agreement is up for renewal... Good job guys.
On another note, I prefer the listserve over the forums.
