The end result of which will be less product interest and loyalty. When we need to re-address our monitoring needs, this effectively puts other products on the same level playing field as Ipswitch has thrown away it's influence with me. Remember, technology, or a good product does not win the day, customer support and mindshare does. Ever heard of Windows, MS Office, Ethernet, TCP/IP? All of these had rivals that were/are technically superior, but they were easier to use, were marketed well, and had mindshare.
