We have recently upgrade some of our servers to Service Pack 1 for 2003. We are no longer able to monitor the service s running on that machine. I have tried to do some research and can not find why Whatsup can not monitor. Ports 139 and 445 are both open and listening. The Firewall service is shutoff. Has any one else seen or heard of this. We are running Whatsup Version 8.04.
