Totally non-binding opinion, but I'm inclined to argue that the Ajax is actually only relevant in the debug context, rather than in the Ajax context. If a setting was genuinely equally relevant to both domains, then I wouldn't have an issue at all, however. I do think that either way, it needs to be documented in the Javadoc for both components (i.e. if it's removed saying that the setting can be found in DebugSettings, if it's not, saying that the setting is also included in AjaxSettings)
