AFAIC: dump RequiredTextField in 1.3 and 2.0. With setRequired this is obsolete.

However, with the settings object I'm not sure on wether to delete
them. They don't feel like bloat, and they have a meaning in both
contexts.

Anyhow, this isn't something I want to loose any sleep over :-). I'm
saving my energy for getting rid of the Apache license header in our
template, js, property and css files.
