I've certainly been watching, but although I have a lot to say about how
to proceed with incubation, validating releases is not something I have
much knowledge about. Therefore, without giving time to the release,
time that I currently lack, I cannot vote confidently. I see my
inability to vote as my own failing, not that of the project nor any
kind of comment upon the quality of the release.
