Now, either run 'maven eclipse:add-maven-repo' (see http://maven.apache.org/reference/plugins/eclipse/goals.html, you need to set the workspace property first), or add the classpath var directly in Eclipse: go to Window/Preferences/Java/Build Path/Classpath Variables, click New..., name should be 'MAVEN_REPO' and point it to ${user.home}.maven/repository.
