actually, scratch that. not class load time.. this should just be done via getLocalizer(). the result will be a quick hashtable lookup in the application resources, which is where users would customize this value (in MyApplicationName.properties, they would set PageableListViewNavigator.firstPage, PageableListViewNavigator.previousPage, PageableListViewNavigator.nextPage, PageableListViewNavigator.lastPage)... make sense?
the sole benefit to doing this in a subclass via markup is that we'd save 4 label components...

Though it doesn't look as nice as before. I guess most applications will subclass PageableListViewNavigator anyway and replace the markup to fits to their required look & feel. And because these is a core component, I didn't want to replace first/prev/next/last with images.

PageableListViewNavigator.html is english-only.
