Yup, I've followed the maven dev list closely (at least, as much as possible, given the number of messages per day) and it works pretty good.

I'd like to propose to write up something similar for Wicket (replacing Apache with Wicket ;-). and have this voting mechanism for some major refactorings, RFE's installed.
