I'm still seeing the problems. On several wikis -- reaper.wikia, pixar.wikia, pushingdaisies.wikia -- I've gone to Admin Options to change the default skin to Sapphire. I save the change, it tells me that my change has been saved, but the skin doesn't change. When I look at the Skin preference page again, it's still set to Smoke.
