Even the seemingly simple task of "finding" and "disabling" some gadgets can be disastrously discouraging and technically challenging for new visitors (readers and editors) in projects such as ours. As for Malayalam, we have enough and unique language and font issues already in place at the OS/browser level itself. Since almost 10 years, we have been trying to bring the horse to the water. And now when the horse is ready to drink the water, it seems polluted! Seemingly completely out of control and misbehaving from an early user's point of view. ULS should be an opt-in. Not opt-out.
