In some languages the text overflows and is unreadable in the new block-style
button for Special:PasswordReset.
Examples:
* Spanish https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Especial:RestablecerContrase%C3%B1a
* Ilocano https://ilo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Espesial:PasswordReset
It seems like our solutions are either to fix the button so it has a variable
width, or ask people to retranslate the button text for brevity (since it's
already quite large).
