Why would we need to create WebM Opus right now? (I guess this is another bug
which addresses that TMH supports transcoding into WebM Opus)
Currently it seems ok to be 'read only'. I.e. let the users upload those files
and create the thumbnail + the 'old' ogv and WebM transcodes.
