Dzahn added a comment. so far we have pretty much every service in wikimedia.org instead of wikimediafoundation.org. i think we should probably stick with something in wikimedia.org for consistency, unless we want to generally change this and use wikimediafoundation.org for more similar things. that being said, i don't have much of an opinion about reports vs. transparency or moving transparency.
