@MZMcBride There's nothing wrong with that URL for (a link to) the wiki
version, but it shouldn't be used for a static microsite because any /wiki/ URL
can be reasonably expected to point to, well, a wiki page. Since we're going to
set up a non /wiki/ URL for it, we may as well pick one which is easy to
remember and re-use.

The subject of whether this should be done as a microsite or not is a bit out
of scope for this request, but from my POV the modus operandi right now is that
I'm fine with such sites provided that

- there is a wiki version for translation
- it's used for static documents that are unlikely to change after publication
- there is no CMS or custom code other than some lightweight JavaScript

Essentially, it's an alternative to publication as PDF, which was the previous
//modus operandi// for annual reports. The arguments in favor, in a nutshell,
are purpose-built design that's easily outsourced, without dealing with the
complexity of a CMS (MediaWiki or otherwise). The above checklist should be
considered "necessary, but not sufficient" justification for a static site,
i.e. we may still decide against greenlighting other cases that satisfy it.
