So I think Wikidata should be not issuing warnings in this case. If it's important to issue such warnings for Wikidata, config switch may be added whether to warn on missing data or not - for Wikidata it is highly abnormal, but for Commons it is routine. Sounds like reasonable. I'm looking for the history/reasons of introducing that warning to see if it is really needed.
