This happens because since If17c21e81d
<https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/615153>, `EntityChange` no longer has a
`setMetadataFromRC()` method – that method is now in `RepoEntityChange` (and
inherited in `RepoItemChange`), a Repo-only class.
