@Addshore thank you so much for the response. I ended up deleting everything and attempted to follow a different set of Wikibase install instructions (except now post-load `runUpdate.sh` just runs forever (even though there is very little that I added to the database); `localhost:8282` queries are stall forever. I'm going to attempt what you've added, but I'm not sure it's applicable anymore.
