Okay, wow I'm dumb. Running this inside the wikibase WDQS docker container
made queries work:
./runUpdate.sh -h http://${WDQS_HOST}:${WDQS_PORT} -- --wikibaseUrl
${WIKIBASE_SCHEME}://${WIKIBASE_HOST} --conceptUri
${WIKIBASE_SCHEME}://${WIKIBASE_HOST} --entityNamespaces
${WDQS_ENTITY_NAMESPACES} --init --start 20210301010101'
However, now the items have dead links like
`<http://wikibase.svc/entity/Q39>`, so I'm working on replacing the
"http://wikibase.svc"; with "localhost:8181" as "localhost:8181/entity/Q39"
resolves correctly.
