Hello everyone,

I made two small improvements to Denelezh in order to answer to Gerard:
* The "Total" column was added to display the total number of humans for
each set, and the previous "Total" column was renamed "Total with gender".
* The threshold that a country needs to be displayed in the tool was
lowered from 1,000 to 200 humans (there are now 234 countries, 128
previously). Data is available starting from the last dump (2018-04-09),
loaded last night.

Gerard, here is the link to the data you're looking for (with Mozambique
and Ottoman Empire included):
https://denelezh.dicare.org/gender-gap.php?threshold=200#country

Cheers,
Envel
