Hey Leigh

This was just the kind of little problem I could get my teeth into as soon
as someone mentioned Macs.  I've just done a trial and while not perfect, it
kind of worked -> http://wikieducator.org/User:AlisonRuth/eXe_Trial_upload
A version (slightly different, i think) to what I uploaded is here

It isn't quite right yet and the links to the icons are wrong, but it seems
such a minor point given that it kinda worked.  The rest is just cosmetic.

I had to delete the navigation, and some of the divs, and I missed one, but
it basically did everything expected.
