We make transclusions since we start using templates. ( e.g.
{{MyHomeYourHomeNav}} ) is the code for transcluding content from
page: http://www.wikieducator.org/Template:MyHomeYourHomeNav to page
http://www.wikieducator.org/MyHomeYourHome.

I've in trying to make selective transclusions from a same source
page. Seems is not possible.

A solution for your case could be:

Generate a database-like collection of summaries containing one
summary per page. This means generate as much pages as summaries you
have, you may want to create a main page containing a list of links of
all your summary pages. In this case try to be structured, I mean your
main page in top level and summary pages as subpages of main page.

I have to further tests for learning the process of Substitution. See
http://www.wikieducator.org/Help:Substitution. This is for using
variable content in a template. You used substitution when you created
your Template:MyHomeYourHomeNav adding specific info and links of your
project.
