Neat, what Rob pointed to is just what I was looking for. It seems to be an
optional extension to MediaWiki, so now the question is: Is it available on
WikiEducator?
If it isn't, could we make it available?

I appreciate the alternative approaches suggested by Wayne, but would be
concerned that it would be counter productive. The original reason to look
into this was the hope that I could find a way to simplify the involvement
of the less wiki-initiated members of the project. There have been multiple
comments that the structure and markup are barriers to new involvement, and
so I was hoping to simplify the process of access the main content of our
project. Having all the content concerning a given topic or case study on a
single page would allow this, and I (and anyone more interested in the
complexities of the wiki) could then transclude bits of content to other
pages. If we were to try and use multiple pages for each topic and case
study, then I feel that we would have increased the complexity, not reduced
it.

Thanks again,
Scott
