I have uploaded a huge A4 image "OR cover design" in GIF format
I want to reduce it and place it at the top of the page I am creating
for my workshop-
It goes on: http://www.wikieducator.org/IAS/OR/Cape_Town_Programme
(right next to the Content box)
can someone help me?
