Hi Jesse and Wayne, There is currently a Template:Help that adds a box and icon to indicate that the page is a Help Page.
If you decide on a different name for the template, Template:Prev ( links to a previous page with an icon and mouse over) does a similar thing to Template:Pdf and may be a cleaner way to do it. However, I don't see how to get the mouse over to say anything other than the url. I will have to think about it.
