He Jessie, GREAT! I really like this feature.
I was wondering whether we shouldn't tweak this a little so it could be used more widely in the wiki. For example: - Having the full mouse over text (very cool) specified as an attribute of the template. For example -- if I wanted the mouse over text to display "How to insert a navigation template" -- we currently have a default text "What is a ...." which may restrict use. - We may want to consider changing the named attribute "Tutorial" to something like "url" because we may want to point to a page which is not a tutorial -- could be confusing to users. Thoughts? I also think that it may be worthwhile to make an identical copy of the "code" of the Whatis template and create a "Howto" template as well -- depending on how users intend to use the template. We may need a style guideline on usage ;-) --- for example it would be appropriate to use this template as a substitute for internal links.
