He Jessie,

GREAT! I really like this feature.

I was wondering whether we shouldn't tweak this a little so it could be used
more widely in the wiki. For example:

   - Having the full mouse over text (very cool) specified as an attribute
of the template. For example -- if I wanted the mouse over text to display
"How to insert a navigation template" -- we currently have a default text
"What is a ...." which may restrict use.
   - We may want to consider changing the named attribute "Tutorial" to
something like "url" because we may want to point to a page which is not a
tutorial -- could be confusing to users.

Thoughts?

I also think that it may be worthwhile to make an identical copy of the
"code" of the Whatis template and create a "Howto" template as well --
depending on how users intend to use the template.

We may need a style guideline on usage ;-) --- for example it would be
appropriate to use this template as a substitute for internal links.

Cheers
Wayne
