Great question :-)

This is a call to prospective facilitators to volunteer their services and
talents -- first as a volunteers

As our money in the bank increases (from the donation campaign) we will be
able to pay for an increased number of L4C facilitators  --  subject to a
successful donation campaign and increased demand for L4C training.  Judging
from our past history, both events are plausible futures.
