Hi Valerie, Good ideas and we should definitely explore further. The OER Foundation is very interested and supportive of helping business achieve *their*objectives through open content approaches, especially where it is more cost-effective to collaborate. Think of a co-opetition model where corporates agree to collaborate in order to compete better. The strategic objective of the OER Foundation is to nurture the development of sustainable OER ecosystems which most definitely includes the bussiness community as an important stakeholder.
"WikiWorkplace.org" is a great domain name -- but is already taken. That said -- I'm sure we could collectively find a good alternative. The big challenge with any new wiki community is building critical mass for all the support activities -- so perhaps there needs to be an interim phase where we seed community development of a "workplace" project within our larger international community until it is mature enough to "walk" on its own? Thoughts?
