Yes, these are great resources and should be included. However, they
are too big and complex for just-in-time learning that we envision.

For our business users, the chucks need to be small "job aids" with
links to background information like the wikipedia material.

There also needs to be a map or a network to link the chunks so that
someone can follow through to more or less specific information about
the topic.

And if this were a perfect world, there would be some tracking so that
"management" could know that employees are availing themselves of the
self-study information and how this impacts their on-the-job
performance.
