Hi Wayne I followed the steps and found that after some initial hickups, this works fine. I couldn't find anything that didn't resolve when I retried it again and repeated the steps. Initially the intro video became off center, so I went back, switching from Monobook to Vector Skin and reversed, to see if the problem would reoccur, it didn't. Seems fine to me so far.
