Hi All,

The Culinary Education space is open to anyone who wants to develop content.
It arose out of an idea that Patricia Schlicht originally had, and then I
tested it out, by asking area chefs for their recipes (in Vancouver). The
result was really cool, as folks really wanted to share their creations, for
others to use.

I've done a search on subpages -
http://wikieducator.org/Special:PrefixIndex/Culinary_Education/ - these may
also be of interest to you.

Jane - if you want to develop this further, go for it.

Leo - regarding international culinary education - if you want to develop a
course, module or program - see if you can do it on WE - so we can all
benefit <smile>. Just make sure to link it to this "portal space" so we can
find it.

Perhaps through this list, you can find out other folks doing other things,
to help build the curriculum.

Also, you are free to use and incorporate the info on Wikpedia
<http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q=otago+cooking#hl=en&expIds=10705,17259,17284,17287,17298,17310,23754,24469,25333,25462,25907,27135,27642,27743,100737,109137,112451,112480,112665,114136,114255,115255,115733,115910,116132,116215,116245,116258,116277&sugexp=ldymls&xhr=t&q=wikipedia+cooking&cp=11&qe=d2lraXBlZGlhIGNvb2tpbmc&qesig=9C7M5SepG1gywbEMHc9MAg&pkc=AFgZ2tm3KIMAgpz9g4AYFrJ0PSC8YptZG34vK4ZEL1VNlOWexcz_6-QeYXd-eS3Huhx5V6cKzxyawgWiqle6G93nbYC96EPlSA&pf=p&sclient=psy&aq=0&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&pbx=1&fp=573da4ec7e15bdf2>into
any cooking curriculum -

Hope this helps!
