Hi Barbara, Great activity!
The "Get creative" video is a CC classic. The collaboration for this course involving the OpenCourseware Consortium, OER Foundation, WikiEducators, UNESCO and Creative Commoners decided that to maximise reuse of the course materials, these would be developed using a CC-BY license. The Get Creative Video uses the non-commercial restriction - - so we can't incorporate this in the tutorials without prior permission to release the work under CC-BY in this instance.
