Change generally has two faces (good and bad), and it is always resisted at first and later discovered to be the either the best or worst option taken. I do not see much difficulty in the suggested new name by UNESCO. As long as it does not come with ulterior motives that may be a problem to the over all objectives and conduct of WE now or later, I support it. The two main ingredients introduced are "Freely and openly Supporting Training, and Research". Are these not the pillars of WE? I suggest that we adopt this new name. It may appear very lengthy now, but will apparently shorten as we get used to it. Some conditions of collaboration or partnering are "respect for the parties and sharing". We sought the support of other Organizations, thus we should be willing to share and accept some of their views and inputs in the new whole WE. Thanks Simon Yalams University of Technology Jamaica
