Before VoiceThread and YouTube existed, I used to record them (or they
recorded themselves) with a camera. We digitalized the film and
recorded it on a CD, which was then distributed among the students for
the peer-review.

>in one group , who should i pick to present?
If there are 4 in a group, two can present the recorded version and
two can do it live. Ask them to compare the results and ask what the
affordances are of each presentation and how to compensate for what is
missing in both.
Here are some of the rubrics I used with my high school classes some
eons ago. You can modify them to suit your needs.

The individual assessment can be a thorough written or oral
description and analysis of a class watched (a written analysis is
easier to read and correct)
