Um, yeah, so that non-English speakers can read Wikipedia. It's not
really fair for us to expect them to do all our dirty work, is it?
There are so many different possible configurations of the software
(and differences between the different language projects to start
with) that I'm not sure we'll get meaningful conclusions from anyone
else's implementation.
