Romaine and Maarten,
After a difficult few hours, I did manage to create a set of templates
(table header + table row) for one town in Wallonia here:

I think I get the mails you sent here much better now! I will try to finish
up the lists for Wallonia later and then I will look at the ones for
Brussels and Vlanders after that.
