Hello Strainu, My persoanl choice is to daily check every new image that is uploaded. In Belgium/Luxemburg we have almost 1.000 files uploaded, and by checking them each they, I mostly correct wrong id-codes. I makes sure they are in the category tree under the communicipality. Also I put alle the images that aren't in a list into a list where they belong (if not double). By doing eacht day a part, at the end we do not have much work.
