Hey James, I wanted to check in about the account creation status -- thanks for giving me that privledge a while back, but I am having some difficulties seeing where I can enroll folks.
I went to test it at Special:CreateAccount Is this where to go? but it looks like my IP address was blocked -- despite being logged in. Something about a dog - rapper vandal-!!?? I would attach a screenshot but the file is too big. This is the message I got "Account creation error Account creation from IP addresses in the range *2607:FB90:0:0:0:0:0:0/32*, which includes your IP address (*2607:fb90:2786:be29:80b4:8d9c:c05e:eed2*), has been blocked by Graham87 <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Graham87>. The reason given by Graham87 is *Disruptive editing <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Disruptive_editing>: Wikipedia:Long-term abuse/Dog and rapper vandal <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Long-term_abuse/Dog_and_rapper_vandal>* Return to Main Page <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page>. I'm at home now, I'm not sure if I will be blocked at UW today. I hope not! Can you help me and Peaceray know that we're in the right place to create accounts for new users? We'll have 45 participants today many who didn't create accounts in advance. Thanks for the last minute help!
