Thanks for the replies Pharos and Pine. Yes, Pine, you got it right. I have the status, but can't seem to use it because of this vandalism block, it seems. Perhaps this won't apply when I am on campus because of the different IP address, but I can't know until 2:30 when I arrive, and also would love to be able to use my hotspot and not have this block.
